What I liked:
Điều mình rất thích khi làm ở công ty products là vừa được tìm tòi, đào sâu về vấn đề cốt lõi, được tiếp cận không giới hạn các documents về kỹ thuật cũng như được trao cơ hội làm nhiều dự án 1 lần, không bị nhàm chán nếu như chỉ làm dự án duy nhất.
Cơ hội làm việc với các vùng Ấn, Trung, Hàn, và châu Âu giúp trình tiếng anh của mình lên nhanh, tự tin hơn so với hồi trước
Ở đây cái gì cũng lớn cũng hoành tráng hết, lúc trước mình đi làm hay đi ngang nhà máy Samsung cứ nghĩ chỉ có sản xuất thôi, sau này mới biết có cả R&D center trong này mà quy mô lớn tương đương 1 cty Software tầm trung bên ngoài
Mình rất thích các công ty có trả lương OT sòng phẳng, không lo bị thiếu

Mong muốn công ty có thể áo dụng hình thức hybrid để nhân viên flexible hơn về thời gian làm việc trong trường hợp có việc bất khả kháng
