What I liked:
Sacombank mang đến một môi trường làm việc cực kỳ năng động và chuyên nghiệp. Điều tôi thích nhất là văn hóa hỗ trợ lẫn nhau giữa các đồng nghiệp và sự dẫn dắt tận tâm từ ban lãnh đạo. Ngân hàng luôn tạo điều kiện và thường xuyên tổ chức các khóa đào tạo nâng cao nghiệp vụ, giúp nhân viên không ngừng phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn. Bên cạnh đó, chế độ lương thưởng, phúc lợi, và chăm sóc đời sống luôn được đảm bảo, tạo cảm giác rất an tâm để cống hiến và gắn bó lâu dài.
Công ty có chính sách làm thêm giờ rất hợp lý, luôn đảm bảo quyền lợi và chi trả thù lao OT minh bạch, sòng phẳng cho mọi nhân viên

Mặc dù môi trường làm việc hiện tại đã rất tuyệt vời, tôi hy vọng ngân hàng có thể xem xét tổ chức thêm các hoạt động teambuilding hoặc các buổi giao lưu nội bộ thường xuyên hơn giữa các phòng ban. Điều này sẽ giúp nhân viên giải tỏa căng thẳng sau những giờ làm việc áp lực và tăng cường sự gắn kết tập thể.
