What I liked:
- Lead và mọi người thân thiện, support nếu mng cần
- Thời gian làm việc thoải mái
- Phù hợp với các bạn fresher để học hỏi kinh nghiệm
Suggestions for improvement:
- Benefit hơi chuối so với mặt bằng chung (này do a giám đốc ở VN quyết định)
- Tăng lương do a giám đốc VN quyết định nên hơi ít và không rõ ràng
- Không support team building, chủ yếu là từ a/c pm, lead và mng tự tổ chức bằng quỹ riêng mng đóng góp
- Môi trường không năng động
1 ngày OT = 2 phép (không quy ra và tính vào tiền lương)
Đồng nghiệp tốt, vui vẻ hoà đồng

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
