What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc ở đây trẻ trung, đồng nghiệp hầu hết là các bạn cùng thế hệ nên rất dễ nói chuyện, không bị khoảng cách tuổi tác hay khó hòa nhập gì cả. Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, không bị gò bó quá, nên cảm giác khá thoải mái. Mỗi tháng còn có Happy Hours – một dịp vui vui để mọi người gặp gỡ, thư giãn sau giờ làm.
Lương thì thường nhận vào ngày 5 hàng tháng, nếu trúng thứ 7, Chủ nhật thì sẽ được chuyển sớm hơn – khá tiện
OT không nhiều, chỉ khi nào cuối sprint, chế độ khá rõ ràng và có lương như luật
Suggestions for improvement:
Có thể tăng cường thêm các hình thức lắng nghe nhân viên qua khảo sát định kỳ (ẩn danh), hoặc các kênh góp ý nội bộ rõ ràng hơn. Điều này giúp công ty hiểu tâm lý, kỳ vọng của nhân viên kịp thời và cải thiện trải nghiệm làm việc.
