What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, trang thiết bị làm việc đầy đủ (laptop cấu hình mạnh cho các vị trí add-on, implementer, dev ...), 2 màn hình Dell. Pantry có free coffee, phòng họp sử dụng thoải mái
Về phần OT lễ tết thì không có vấn đề gì. Nhưng nếu là OT trong ngày bình thường thì rất khó
Suggestions for improvement:
Mức lương cần được xem xét lại so với từng vị trí. Tốc độ tăng lương theo năng lực dường như khó. Đặc biệt phần KPI cần được cụ thể và minh bạch hơn. Riêng team đã từng làm thì phần mập mờ nhất là KPI và cách deliver thông tin qua các cấp quản lý.
Mức deal đầu vào quyết định tất cả vì mức tăng mỗi năm có như không. Càng làm lâu sẽ càng cảm thấy phần KPI bất công do độ phức tạp của dự án nhưng vẫn giữ nguyên chỉ số KPI như người mới
