Orient Software is an ideal environment to develop. There are many opportunities for me to pursue my dreams. Here, I began to build up everything based on my knowledge and experience while getting much support from the Board of Directors as well as colleagues.

Fortunately, I could build and generate projects following QA processes with the hope to standardize the processes for Orient to get ready for newer and bigger customers. With each project, I could learn and interact with young and talented professionals, which always motivates me to develop and enhance my capabilities.

At Orient, the company culture is built based on respect and integrity basic. We build the TRUST of each other and our clients. Because of that, we work together as a team and family. By inspiring, and sharing via internal discussions or training sessions, I have a chance to improve myself in many aspects.

As an L2 support team leader, this position requires not only technical strengths but also soft skills. I have the opportunity to work directly with the project's customers and end-users. It's a tough job, but I put in a lot of efforts and when I gain their trust, it feels amazing.

I have worked with the greatest client at Orient, they always consider my idea and give me a lot of opportunities to develop both technical and soft skills very well. It always motivates me to sharpen my skillsets and do my best.

Working collaboratively in the team, instead of individually, helps improve productivity and work effectively. It makes me feel comfortable to take any challenges even under pressure.
