What I liked:
Môi trường trẻ trung, năng động.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, hay giúp đỡ nhau trong công việc.
Nhiều khóa học free hoặc có học phí ưu đãi cho nhân viên
Cty không có OT, nếu phải OT thì cần đăng kí trước và được bù bằng ngày phép thay vì lương.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhiều chính sách thay đổi quá nhanh, vd như chính sách thưởng dự án bị hủy thay bằng trợ cấp học khóa học, PR hằng năm thay bằng check-in 1:1 và PR theo quý/PR mỗi 6 tháng.
