What I liked:
1. Môi trường làm việc
- Đề cao tinh thần tự chủ, DNA là trao quyền nên cảm giác có sự trao quyền (nhưng cũng tùy việc, đôi khi thấy ko 100% trao quyền lắm)
- Thời gian làm việc từ 9h - 18h, hệ thống chấm công bằng MOM thông minh, nhưng cũng k được đi muộn >3 lần/tháng nhé
- CSVC xịn, tủ locker cá nhân tự động, ban đầu thấy bất tiện mang máy ra vào sau thấy quen rôi
- Văn hóa clean desk, về phải dọn đồ trên ko thì auto bị thu hết
2. Con người
- Đồng nghiệp giỏi
- Sếp bên công nghệ 5 ông thì 4 ông đánh giá oke, gần gũi, dễ nchuyen, được lắng nghe
3. Chế độ phúc lợi
- Nhiều benefits và nhìn chung là cao hơn thị trường
- Máy pha cà phê, tủ lạnh, máy làm đá, máy lấy nước lọc cũng tự động,..
- Ai quan tâm mua nhà an cư lạc nghiệp thì có nhiều chính sách cho vay hấp dẫn, quan tâm đến đời sống thực tế bên ngoài nhu cầu của nvien
- Lương đúng ngày hoặc sớm hơn, chưa bao giờ có muộn hơn
- Tool học hành nhiều có khi còn bị làm phiền để thúc học
- Có group AI nội bộ open cả cty các sếp các bạn vào sharing cũng vui
4. Cơ hội phát triển
- One Mount là một trong HST của Techcombank, Masterise, định hình là trung tâm dữ liệu và công nghệ, khả năng được làm nhiều dự án với HST cao, cơ hội luân chuyển cũng có (nhưng ko có nhu cầu) nói chung là nhiều cơ hội nội bộ
Chế độ OT theo luật lao động :)) làm OT được chọn quy đổi giờ nghỉ bù hoặc đổi ra tiền, tùy chọn
Suggestions for improvement:
- Chỗ gửi xe xa công ty
- Thang máy khá đông đặc biệt vào Thứ 3, 5 đôi khi là 1 ngày random nào đó vì khóa 1 thang. Có thể đừng khóa thang quá lâu không
- Mỗi cty con có thể có 1 văn hóa riêng (OMRE, OMD, OMC) nên có thể ko match với những gì viết ở trên, tự tìm hiểu kĩ trước khi apply và phỏng vấn là mình làm với dự án/công ty nào
Nhìn chung vẫn là một nơi để phát triển tốt, nơi được thực hiện hóa những điều vượt trội :)))
Là một trong các công ty có môi trường tốt ở Hà Nội
