What I liked:
Everyone is approachable, supportive, and genuinely nice to work with. Even on stressful days, the team spirit makes things easier.
I also appreciate how transparent things are — salary reviews, performance expectations, project updates… everything is shared clearly. There’s no guessing or “hidden rules,” which I really value.
If you want a workplace with good vibes and room to improve yourself, this is a solid one.
I’ve been with RAKSUL Vietnam for a while now, and honestly, what keeps me here is the people.
