What I liked:
- Chế độ làm việc hybrid thực sự là điểm cộng lớn cho những người đã có gia đình, con nhỏ và ở xa. Việc tối ưu thời gian đi lại giúp mình có nhiều thời gian để focus vào công việc và dành thời gian cho bản thân.
- Công ty mỗi kì (mỗi nửa năm) đều sẽ yêu cầu nhân viên set goal cá nhân, nên vô hình chung bạn sẽ luôn được thúc đẩy để phát triển bản thân, upgrade skills... Cũng có chế độ support chi phí học, thi các loại chứng chỉ
- Nhiều chế độ đãi ngộ riêng như company trip (toàn đi máy bay), nghỉ ngày sinh nhật, ngày 31/12 hàng năm... + bảo hiểm đóng full lương
- Perfomance review dựa trên data thực tế chứ ko cảm tính, khá fair
Công ty hầu như ko có OT, trừ trường hợp rất đặc biệt nhưng sẽ được leader đăng kí giúp và đương nhiên được thêm lương.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nếu có thêm các khoản bonus ngoài tháng lương 13 (vd như release dự án ở các milestone quan trọng) thì tuyệt vời.
