What I liked:
- Chính sách phúc lợi tốt, lương cũng rất khá.
- Công ty trang bị các thiết bị làm việc chất lượng, bao gồm Macbook (tối thiếu chip M1), màn hình Dell.
- Nhân viên được đầu tư mạnh vào AI, khuyến khích sử dụng và được cung cấp các công cụ AI trả phí như Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code với hạn mức cao, sẽ có nhiều cơ hội để nâng cao kỹ năng.
- Văn hoá công ty khuyến khích nhân viên đưa ra ý kiến đóng góp chân thành và cân bằng, bao gồm cả điểm mạnh và điểm yếu.
- Mỗi tuần được WFH 3 ngày và lên công ty 2 ngày.
Bình thường mình cũng hay ngồi máy tính vọc này kia, nên nếu làm thêm giờ cũng không khác biệt lắm mà lại có thêm tiền
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có khu vực máy lạnh hơi yếu, cảm giác không được mát cho lắm.
- Thời gian gần đây nhân viên đông lên nên đôi khi quên đăng ký ghế sẽ dễ bị mất chỗ.
