What I liked:
Lương thưởng phúc lợi theo mình thì nhỉnh hơn mặt bằng chung. Máy móc thiết bị làm việc xịn, ngoài máy Macbook Pro mới nhất thì ghế ngồi còn siêu xịn, siêu êm mà mình chưa từng thấy ở những nơi khác (điều nhỏ xíu này làm mình ấn tượng nhất). Ngoài những điểm kể trên, thì cty cũng làm mình bất ngờ khi còn chi trả phí đi lại cho nhân viên tham gia những party cty, extra thêm 5 ngày nghỉ cho nhân viên nam khi có vợ sinh...Chi trả full hoặc 1 phần phí cho các chứng chỉ học thuật (mình đã lấy dc 2 chứng chỉ khá mắc nhưng ko tốn phí nào nhờ cty tài trợ). Đồng nghiệp và sếp thì thật sự niceee. Môi trường thoải mái chứ ko hề gắt gao đâu ạ, tin tui điiii.
Dự án hầu như không cần OT, chỉ thi thoảng khi cần release tính năng quan trọng và thật sự được trả công xứng đáng.

Hài lòng nên tới thời điểm này vẫn đang làm việc và chưa nghĩ ra điểm cần cải thiện.
