Thích văn hoá trao quyền của GFT. Việc chỉ cần lên văn phòng 2 ngày/tuần giúp mình chủ động hơn trong cuộc sống, không còn cảm giác bị bó buộc và mất worklife balance. Thường khi đến văn phòng, cảm thấy như happy vì không gian làm việc hiện đại và đồng nghiệp thân thiện.
Có OT nhưng không thường xuyên. Mình từng OT để chuẩn bị cho demo với khách hàng Singapore, và được công ty hỗ trợ và trả theo policy

Môi trường thoải mái để học hỏi kinh nghiệm, đồng nghiệp cũng rất nice.
Chưa từng phải OT nên cũng không thể đưa ra nhận xét.
