What I liked:
Các benefit khác bên cạnh lương rất tốt:
- Grab car cho nhân viên OT
- Teambuilding mỗi 3 tháng
- Company trip xịn.
- Tủ lạnh đủ loại nước ngọt luôn fill đầy.
Con người:
- Managers khá gần gũi, sẵn sàng chia sẻ kinh nghiệm nhiều khía cạnh không chỉ công việc.
- HR thân thiện, giải đáp thắc mắc của nhân viên nhanh và thỏa đáng. Có hướng dẫn các thủ tục giấy tờ khi cần thiết.
Chính sách:
- Đối với 1 công ty làm nhiệm vụ sản xuất, OT vì nhiều lý do là cần thiết. Công ty cũng trả đủ, sòng phẳng và vẫn quản lý để nhân viên OT trong giới hạn cho phép.
- Có những đợt điều chỉnh lương không cố định khi cần thiết (bên cạnh tăng lương hàng năm) để nhân viên không bị thiệt thòi so với công ty khác.
- BHXH đúng luật.
Mình là người cần công việc và cũng không chấp nhận trình độ bản thân dậm chân tại chỗ. Nên mình ở đây.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhà vệ sinh, đường nước không ổn. Không có vòi xịt trong nhà vệ sinh.
Văn phòng chật chội, xa trung tâm
Môi trường làm việc của các team chưa đồng nhất. Đa số team rất vui, một số có không khí khá căng thẳng.
Văn hóa công ty chưa rõ ràng.

Tốt cho fresher, nhưng chỉ nên dành 2 tháng probation rồi sau đó tìm nơi khác
