What I liked:
Cũng tùy, đang làm việc với leader có tâm nên hầu như không cảm thấy vấn đề gì.
Chỉ overtime khi mới vô thôi. Sau này quen rồi không còn nữa
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương cơ bản sau một vài năm khá thấp.
Đánh giá lương theo số năm kinh nghiệm chứ không phải khả năng kỹ thuật.
Công ty chỉ có hướng lên quản lý giao tiếp với khách hàng chứ không có hướng chuyên gia.
Phù hợp với người nghiêm túc
