What I liked:
- Head thực sự có tâm và có tầm, quan tâm và xây dựng sự gắn kết cho team
- Được 1:1 với lead và head mỗi tuần, cảm thấy được thực sự quan tâm và có tiếng nói riêng
- Dù dự án gần 10 năm tuổi, nhưng vẫn liên tục cập nhật công nghệ mới, sẵn sàng apply công nghệ mới từ suggest của nhân viên
- Công ty có văn hoá mở, mọi người đều hiểu được vai trò nhau
- Thiết bị làm việc mới nhất và tốt nhất. Ngày đầu đi làm bóc seal Macbook M2, Samsung S23
- Lương khá cao so với mặt bằng chung hiện tại, có lương tháng 13 và thưởng tết gần 2 tháng lương
- Có gói support mua đồ decor góc làm việc ở nhà tới 7 triệu và các gói learning, gym member
- Văn phòng siêu to
- Đồng nghiệp tốt, sếp tốt, device xịn, lương thưởng ngon
Suggestions for improvement:
- Gói hỗ trợ gym nên mở rộng ra thêm nhiều phòng tập khác thay vì chỉ 1 phòng tập
- Xây dựng thêm chỗ nghỉ trưa, văn phòng còn trống nhiều lắm, trưa không biết ngủ đâu
Môi trường làm việc tốt. Đồng nghiệp và sếp đều trẻ và rất thân thiện.
