What I liked:
Công ty 9h mới bắt đầu làm, nghỉ trưa 1 tiếng rưỡi, chiều đến 6h là ai cũng xách balo về, không có văn hoá tăng ca mỗi ngày tại công ty. Lương thưởng, trợ cấp, chính sách bảo hiểm được hỗ trợ ngay từ ngày đầu mình vào thử việc. Công ty có nhiều dự án quan trọng nên khối lượng công việc của mình hơi nhiều, vì vậy mình có đủ không gian phát triển, nâng cao kỹ năng.
Vị trí công việc của mình không có tăng ca. Nhưng nghe đồng nghiệp nói lương tăng ca ổn.
Suggestions for improvement:
Cơ sở vật chất rất tốt, có tủ lạnh, máy lọc nước, sạch sẽ, cô lao công quét dọn mỗi ngày. Màu đèn chủ đạo của công ty cũng là màu vàng ấm đỡ chói mắt khi phải làm việc trước máy tính trong thời gian dài. Tuy nhiên ở đây không có chỗ để xe riêng, nếu công ty cải tiến được phần này thì tốt.
