OT hay phúc lợi đều ngon nói chung đủ cuốn để mình thấy ‘đáng’ bỏ thời gian ra

What I liked:
Mỗi cái “xịn” của công ty đều đi kèm một chút “chưa xịn”, nhưng nhìn chung thì:
- Sản phẩm đa dạng cực: từ y tế, nông nghiệp cho tới làm đẹp đều có. Thế nên mình có cảm giác công ty đang mở ra siêu nhiều cơ hội, thị trường thì rộng, bản thân cũng dễ phát triển. Nhưng mà vì nhiều nên cũng dễ bị… cạnh tranh căng thẳng giữa các team, các sếp.
- Lộ trình thăng tiến rõ ràng: công ty chia bậc khá chi tiết, nên mình cũng thấy có cơ hội để đi lên. Nhưng ngược lại, cũng có lúc mình cảm giác mất kha khá thời gian mới chạm tới được cái vị trí mình mong muốn.
- Công ty minh bạch: lương thưởng, bảo hiểm, chấm công rõ ràng, có phiếu lương, bảng công. Cái này thì ok, an tâm phết.
OT hay phúc lợi đều ngon nghẻ, nói chung công ty cho đủ cuốn để mình thấy ‘đáng’ bỏ thời gian ra.
Suggestions for improvement:
Theo mình thấy, công ty vẫn thiếu sự kết nối và chưa có vibe teamwork mạnh giữa các phòng ban. Thỉnh thoảng làm việc chung vẫn hơi bị “khớp nhịp”.
Môi trường nhiều cơ hội thích hợp cho ai ham học hỏi và muốn phát triển bản thân
