Hybrid working, lương luôn trả sớm và đầy đủ. Công ty có lắng nghe góp ý của nhân viên.
Ko có tiền OT nhưng hầu như mình ko OT, luôn được khuyến khích estimate đủ và đúng, ko khuyến khích ôm việc

Thật sự mình đã làm tại nhiều cty nhưng để lại ấn tượng nhất vẫn là SHBFinance, cty hiện tại của mình. Đầu tiên, mức lương và phúc lợi tại khá cao so với mặt bằng chung của thị trường. Thay vì 1 năm có 12 ngày nghỉ phép như các cty khác thì bên mình có thêm ngày nghỉ sinh nhật, cộng ngày nghỉ phép với nhân viên nhiều thâm niên. Ngoài ra, công ty có người nước ngoài làm việc nên thuận lợi cho mình học và sử dụng tiếng anh trong công việc hàng ngày
Tôt, trả lương đầy đủ và đúng hạn, sếp quan tâm đến nhân viên

Good and fair overtime policy, I receive extra benefit and salary whenever OT is needed (not too much)

I joined Samsung since the first stage of S/W R&D G establishment, when there are many difficulties and some inflexible benefits. But now thing is going better, we enjoy the flexible working week policies, we do not have to bring along our own devices. WLB are truly appreciated. If there are urgent or releasing phases of projects extra OT salary will be paid and free dinner will be provided.
Currently S/W R&D Team are still expanding with new projects every year.
I am happy with the OT policy, where we can enjoy WLB

Công ty có nhiều chi nhánh, lâu lâu đổi gió bay đi HN, HCM hoặc ĐN làm, được làm trực tiếp với khách hàng và sử dụng tiếng anh thường xuyên. không có OT công ty không thấy có OT. mình thích thì ngồi ở lại làm tiếp thôi
Môi trường năng động, học hỏi được nhiều được từ đồng nghiệp.
