What I liked:
- Môi trường làm việc thúc đẩy sáng tạo, phát triển bản thân, chịu trách nghiệm và làm chủ những gì mình đưa ra thay vì 'đá bóng', tư duy bài bản thay vì hời hợt qua việc
- Đồng nghiệp khá nice, supportive, có cạnh tranh nhưng ít drama (quanh mình là thế)
- Các quỹ ăn uống vui chơi khá thoải mái, đến mức như bị ép phải ăn
- Người giỏi quanh ta từ ae bách khoa trong nước đến ae du học về cũng như các sếp lớn từ các top companies
- Leader luôn tạo điều kiện để phát triển và ép phải tiến về phía trước nếu không muốn ... chuyển đến nơi phù hợp hơn với bạn (smile)
- Thu nhập tương xứng với công sức bỏ ra, package của company tuyển dụng khá là đúng, đánh giá trình độ chuẩn big tech.
Không có chính sách trả OT, tuy nhiên xem như được cover vào thưởng cuối năm.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có cơ chế cho ae chơi ra chơi, làm ra làm thay vì team building, submit nhưng lại thành đi học và mệt hơn đi làm.
- Cải thiện phần thúc đẩy phát triển bản thân, phát triển kỹ thuật, có roadmap cụ thể thay vì mỗi thành viên 'tự bơi' trong khi kim chỉ nan là các 'siêu phẩm' đã có sẵn trong công ty.
