What I liked:
- Lương (theo năm) rất cao so với thị trường, thưởng 20 tháng lương là có thật nha. Cơ mà phải làm đến hết năm mới được nhận.
- Môi trường làm việc challenging, nếu bạn chịu được thì sẽ tiến bộ rất nhanh. Còn nếu muốn chill thì tốt nhất không nên vào.
- Pantry xịn, văn phòng xịn, tủ đầy đồ ăn vặt và mỳ gói. Có cả máy pha cafe.
OT không lương là việc thường xuyên, vì tất cả sẽ được nhận vào thưởng cuối năm
Suggestions for improvement:
- Vì là môi trường phát triển product nên là không có chuyện work-life balance đâu, nó là work-life integration luôn =)) OT là chuyện bình thường. Kể cả ngày nghỉ phép cũng cần sẵn sàng online bất cứ lúc nào.
- Môi trường công ty sẽ luôn yêu cầu rất cao với nhân viên, nên không phải ai cũng chịu được nhiệt.
