What I liked:
- Văn hóa làm việc tích cực, cùng hướng tới mục tiêu chung là giải quyết công việc.
- Đồng nghiệp trong team mình khá hòa đồng, có kỹ năng chuyên môn tốt. (Không đánh giá được cho mọi team).
- "Cho đi" sự cống hiến, công sức làm việc, góp phần vào thành công của sản phẩm; để "nhận lại" là mức lương tốt và thưởng cuối năm WOW.
- Năng lượng của các anh chị BOM luôn dồi dào, làm việc tích cực, toàn tâm toàn ý với công ty.
- Có đồ ăn/đồ uống miễn phí, giúp mình chống đói cho những ngày mưa bão.
- Chỉ số kinh doanh được công bố công khai, cập nhật liên tục trên dashboard, giúp toàn bộ nhân viên luôn nắm được tình hình kinh doanh tổng thể của công ty.
Công ty không có Work-Life-Balance, mà là Work-Life-Integration. Mức độ OT của mỗi người dao động từ 0h đến ngày đêm cống hiến.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Town hall hàng quý chưa được thực hiện đủ. Vẫn còn bị phụ thuộc vào công việc chung của công ty.
- Vẫn hơi ít phòng họp, nhiều khi phải họp ở pantry, hoặc sảnh văn phòng.
- Vì công ty có yêu cầu cao đối với nhân viên, nhất là các cấp quản lý, lãnh đạo. Nên có một số vị trí quản lý trống trong thời gian khá dài, làm team member bên dưới không một người line manager trực tiếp thật sự.
- Work-Life-Integration vẫn là một yêu cầu cao, cần phải có sự đánh đổi của nhân viên để có thể gắn bó lâu dài với công ty, và nhận lại kết quả thu nhập xứng đáng.
