Career growth opportunities, learning and supportive work environment. Management team very supportive with team members. Challenging but worth it.
No OT, KPI bonus directly linked to performance which makes it fair for everyone and the company.
Suggestions for improvement:
As fast moving and innovative tech start up, it always can get better. As the company grow it becomes better
