What I liked:
Từ CEO, COO đến các PO, team lead và các thành viên khác đều rất chuyên nghiệp, vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Mọi người đều bình đẳng, thay vì 1 ai đó làm chưa đúng mà chỉ trích, phân biệt đối xử thì mọi thành viên đều sẵn sàng support, cộng tác để giúp họ giải quyết vấn đề của mình, hướng đến mục tiêu chung của team. Mọi thứ đều minh bạch rõ ràng, công khai trên wiki của công ty, mọi mục tiêu, kế hoạch và kết quả đều được CEO, COO thông báo đến mọi thành viên qua các buổi họp cuối tháng, cuối quý, cuối năm. Vận động tốt cho cả trí não và cơ thể, hiểu điều đó công ty cũng có những buổi tập thể dục giữa giờ, challenge... giúp các thành viên nạp thêm năng lượng tích cực và bùng nổ. Ai đạt thành tích cao trong các hoạt động đó cũng nhận được những phần quà xứng đáng !
Tuy đã làm tại công ty 3 tháng nhưng chưa phải OT ngày nào cả.
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng công ty được thiết kế theo kiểu open office, rất đẹp và hiện đại nên đôi khi cũng gây mất tập trung.
