We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of AI/ML, Data Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric projects. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, translated into actionable work, and delivered with high quality and business impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management, business analysis, project management, and delivery leadership skills. You will work closely with clients, business users and technical teams to drive projects from requirement gathering through implementation and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management & Requirement Discovery

• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and discovery sessions.
• Understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
• Clarify priorities, scope, objectives, success criteria, and expected outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Delivery Management

• Own end-to-end project delivery from initiation to deployment and handover.
• Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate activities across teams AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, QAs and Solution Architects.
• Track progress and ensure timely delivery against commitments.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and escalations.
• Drive execution and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Business Analysis & Solution Coordination

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate solution feasibility.
• Support solution design discussions and requirement prioritization.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and stakeholder sign-off processes.

Team Coordination

• Organize project planning sessions and delivery reviews.
• Facilitate communication among technical and business teams.
• Monitor team workload, resource allocation, and delivery capacity.
• Remove blockers and support teams in achieving project objectives.

Quality & Governance

• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
• Establish project governance and reporting frameworks.
• Maintain project documentation, decision logs, risk registers, and delivery reports.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and best practices.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, Business Analysis, or related roles.
• Proven experience delivering AI/ML, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or Cloud Data Platform projects.
• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong understanding of software and data project lifecycles.

Domain Knowledge

Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Machine Learning (ML)
• Data Engineering
• Data Warehousing
• Business Intelligence
• Microsoft Fabric
• Azure Data Platform
• Modern Analytics Solutions

Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to translate business needs into technical work packages.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft Fabric projects.
• Experience working with Azure AI, Databricks, Power BI, Synapse Analytics, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CBAP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
