We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Laravel Developer to lead our development team for our customer, an innovative online software platform. The platform dynamically overviews business expenses by analyzing invoice data, updating profit margins with cost price changes, and providing in-depth insights into suppliers, takeaway prices, VAT, and more. The platform aims to offer user-friendly data presentations, enabling precise insights into the true cost of each dish to optimize profits.
As a Senior Developer and Team Lead, you will not only develop high-quality backend code but also manage a team of developers, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently. Excellent English communication skills are essential for team collaboration and project management.
- Lead the development of the customers platform using Laravel, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Manage a team of developers, assign tasks, and oversee the development process to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with the frontend development team to ensure seamless integration of the frontend and backend aspects of the application.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the codebase and system architecture.
- Implement security measures, data protection protocols, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices within the team.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather and address technical and design requirements.
- Provide regular progress updates and participate in team meetings and discussions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate into the platform where beneficial.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Laravel Developer with a strong portfolio of projects, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Excellent knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework, along with other server-side languages.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with Laravel's Eloquent ORM.
- Proficient in RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a development team, including task assignment, progress monitoring, and mentoring.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English.
