Mô tả công việc
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, s and engineers
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate how the app functions and look like.
- Design system-wise components (interface elements, like menus, tabs…)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Plan and conduct cross-functional (BA, PM, Engineering…) product strategy and implement to facilitate UX creation and ensure design output
- Ensure consistent and intuitive user experiences across multiple devices and platforms.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems and conduct adjustments based on user feedback
- Create original graphic designs (e.g images, sketches and tables)
- Design videos to introduce upcoming mobile products
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- At least 3 years of experience in UX/UI Design preferably in the Healthcare industry
- Proven work experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Figma (Adobe Suite is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of video
- Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good multi-tasking and time-management skills
- Good English written and oral proficiency
