Mô tả công việc

• Participate in the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable systems to support business objectives. 
• Conduct system analysis, contribute to architecture design, and implement technical solutions based on project requirements. 
• Develop and maintain software applications using backend technologies, ensuring best practices in clean code, design patterns, and software engineering principles. 
• Take ownership of key technical components and support the delivery of end-to-end solutions. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions. 
• Support project planning and execution by breaking down tasks, assigning work, and tracking progress within a small development team. 
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and day-to-day coaching. 
• Ensure code quality, technical standards, and engineering best practices are consistently followed across the team. 
• Produce clear and comprehensive technical documentation for the systems developed.  
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity, system quality, and delivery efficiency. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related fields. 
• 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with strong expertise backend technologies. 
• Passionate and familiar with AI adaptability in not only daily task but also system workflow.
• Prior experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring small development teams is highly preferred. 
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices. 
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server. 
• Experience in developing and deploying applications on Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure). 
• Familiar with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes (preferred). 
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. 
• Ability to coordinate tasks, provide technical direction, and support team members in project delivery. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills. 
• Proactive, self-driven, and passionate about mentoring others and continuous learning. 
• Communicative English skills are required; willingness to learn Chinese or Vietnamese for cross-regional collaboration is a plus.
