- Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems.
- Build high-quality reusable code and libraries for future use as needed.
- Optimize web applications (APIs) for performance and scalability.
- Handle the code-reviewing for team members or peer reviewing
- Write and maintain related documents for the optimization of the project

Lead the team members
- Lead and train the junior team members, address any technical issues that occur, and communicate and follow up with the team to drive the resolution
- Supervise members’ tasks to make sure it is complied with the definition of Done
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Yêu cầu công việc
- Good Team Leadership Skills
- A team player who collaborates well across team boundaries to get things done, willing to wear multiple hats when needed, and always prioritizes the product's best interests.
- 5+ years of proven experience in designing, building, scaling, and managing high-performing APIs.
- Highly experienced in optimizing code, architecture, and other technical aspects.
- Extensive experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
- Proficiency in NodeJS (and/or PHP, Go, a plus)
- Strong experience with scaling and optimizing platforms.
- Strong experience with implementing security
- Strong experience with microservice architecture and API development
- React/Vue/Angular JS experience is a plus
- DevOps is a plus
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication in English
