3 Lý do để gia nhập công ty

Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using Java Spring Boot.
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services following Microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
Participate in large-scale projects, preferably within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain.
Analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions that align with project objectives.
Work with SQL databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Troubleshoot, debug, optimize application performance, and resolve production issues.
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in CI/CD implementation, application deployment, and production support.
Report progress and technical issues to the line manager on a regular basis.

Bachelor/ college’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in Finance, Banking, and Insurance (BFSI), with a strong preference for Digital Banking, Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Payment, and E-wallet solutions.
4+ years of experience in Java software development.
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with Message Brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or equivalent).
Knowledge of application security standards (OWASP) and authentication/encryption mechanisms (JWT, RSA, SHA).
Proficient in SQL (Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for data modelling, querying, and performance optimization.
Good knowledge of web/application containers (Apache Tomcat, JBoss, IBM WebSphere ...) and web/application deployment.
Familiar with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and cloud-native application deployment.
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, multithreading, and performance tuning (High CPU, Memory Leak, etc.).
Experience with ElasticSearch/ELK Stack.
Able to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience with Camunda or BPMN 2.0 is highly preferred.
