Mô tả công việc

Lead the design specifications, configuration, testing, startup and operation of manufacturing execution systems (MES) solutions identifying and deploying most effective technology standard solution components to meet enterprise requirements.

- Participate in project scoping activities with Techsale team

- Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and costs constraints

- Participate with Iot, BA team to evaluate interface between hardware and software, and operational and performance requirements of overall system, including requirements gathering and gap analysis

- Design software and database systems

- Design, maintain, and support the database schemes, application code and interfaces

- Develop and direct software system testing procedures, programming, and documentation.

- Working with IT support team to configure and deploy computer systems including servers, PCs, laptops, printers, and data collection and measurement devices.

- Support the design and development of all components of MES including:

o The design and development of web-based reporting and visualization systems

o Work with vendors to ensure new equipment meets MES requirements.

o Traceability and genealogy

o Initial quality control (IQC) and statistical quality and process control (SQC/SPC)

o Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

o Web portal development

o Asset management

o Process visualization

o Data historians

- Lead training (include internal and external) to ensure successful implementation of MES systems

- Support future process improvements and product development

- Develop cost and resource requirements for MES

- Provide basic enterprise IT implementation and support

Yêu cầu công việc

1 .REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree or above, major in IT, Computer science or equivalent.

- At least 3 years proven work experience in C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.

- At least 2 years Experience with relational databases like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL and PostgreSQL, as well as optimizing SQL queries

- Experience on integration through Database intermediate, File and Web services.
- Strong knowledge of OOP, clean code, design pattern
- Good knowledge of Info security in programing and performance optimization.

- Practical past experience with ERP system such as SAP, Oracle 

- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud deployment technologies like Docker, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis… 

- Proficient in code hosting, DevOps platforms like GitHub, Azure, Jira, Bitbucket

- Have knowledge in MES, ERP systems and understanding manufacturing process is a plus.

- Experience interfacing with manufacturing control systems, shop floor automation is a plus

3. TYPE OF WORK: 
- Full-time: 8h30 – 17h30
- Working days: Monday to Friday, with an additional 02 Saturdays per month (first and last Saturday of the month)
