Mô tả công việc

1. Advanced Business Requirements Analysis: 

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to deeply understand strategic business requirements and translate them into BI solutions; 
• Lead the gathering and analysis of complex requirements from multiple business units to ensure comprehensive coverage of information needs.

2. Architecting and Designing BI Solutions: 

• Architect and design robust data models, data warehouses, and ETL processes; 
• Develop and oversee the implementation of advanced BI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy , ensuring they meet scalability and performance standards.

3. Data Management and Quality Assurance: 

• Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, and accuracy within the BI system; 
• Implement and monitor data governance policies and procedures to maintain data integrity across the organization. 

4. Optimization and Performance Tuning: 

• Conduct in-depth performance tuning and optimization of BI queries, reports, and dashboards; 
• Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of BI solutions to ensure they meet business needs efficiently.

5. Mentoring and Team Leadership: 

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers and other team members; 
• Lead BI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. 

6. Stakeholder Communication and Reporting: 

• Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, presenting insights and recommendations based on BI analysis; 
• Develop and deliver detailed reports and presentations that inform and guide business strategy. 

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field; 
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role; 
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R; 
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); 
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data insights to nontechnical stakeholders; 
• Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and techniques; 
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 

Nice to have:

• Ability to create interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations; 
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries; 
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL; 
• Understanding of data modeling and database design principles; 
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and architectures; 
• Experience with building and maintaining data warehouses.
