• Partner with business leaders to frame problems, define success metrics, and deliver analyses that influence strategic decisions;
• Lead end-to-end analytical projects: from problem definition and data exploration to insight delivery and follow-through on impact;
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics in BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI);
• Develop and own analytical data models (dbt or similar) that serve as the source of truth for key business metrics;
• Perform deep-dive analyses on user behavior, product performance, operational efficiency, and revenue drivers;
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments; translate statistical results into clear business recommendations;
• Define, document, and govern key business metrics; resolve discrepancies and align stakeholders on metric definitions;
• Build forecasting, segmentation, cohort, and funnel analyses to support planning and growth initiatives;
• Mentor junior analysts on SQL, analytical thinking, statistical rigor, and stakeholder communication;
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, freshness, and accessibility in the data warehouse/ lakehouse.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related quantitative role;
• Expert-level SQL: complex joins, window functions, CTEs, query optimization across large datasets;
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis (pandas, numpy, statistical libraries);
• Hands-on experience with a modern BI tool (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar);
• Solid understanding of statistics: hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, regression, experimental design;
• Experience with dimensional modeling and analytical data modeling (Kimball, dbt, medallion architecture, or similar);
• Proven track record of delivering analyses that influenced product or business decisions;
• Excellent communication skills: able to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders, written and verbal;
• Strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud data warehouses or lakehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Trino/Iceberg, Databricks);
• Familiar with Airflow;
• Experience with dbt and version-controlled analytics workflows (Git, code review);
• Experience designing and running A/B tests at scale;
• Familiarity with product analytics tools (GA4);
• Experience in marketplace, logistics, e-commerce, fintech, or other transactional businesses;
• Exposure to machine learning concepts (forecasting, clustering, propensity modeling);
• Experience mentoring or leading a small team of analysts.
