Remote - Senior/Lead QA Engineer (API, DB, Playwright)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute test planning, test design, and execution for complex features
• Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable reports
• Collaborate closely with developers, product analysts, project analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes
• Proactively flag risks and propose solutions before they become problems
• Support and contribute to automation testing initiatives (nice to have)
• Take end-to-end ownership of quality in your assigned products/projects

• 5+ years of QA experience with strong hands-on testing skills (functional, regression, integration, API, DB, etc.)
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills — you catch what others miss
• Advanced English — able to communicate fluently in writing and speech with cross-functional teams
• High sense of responsibility and ownership — you see things through, not just report them
• Proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told; you identify gaps and act
• Good attitude and collaborative spirit — you make the team better
• Automation experience (Playwright) is a plus
