Role summary

Full-time QA / Software Tester who owns end-to-end testing of the Quality Realty Marketplace (QRM) and the AI Native Marketplace Platform (ANMP). You ensure every increment delivered by our partners meets functional, non-functional, multi-tenant, voice, and quality standards before it is accepted into production. You combine strong manual testing with practical test automation to keep regression fast and reliable as the platform grows.

Current engineering phase 

Our partners develop the main website and application in incremental releases. Vietnam owns all testing and Application Managed Services (AMS). Production still runs on the live WordPress plugin with paying tenants while the strangler-fig migration to Next.js, Flutter, and Python/FastAPI continues. Your testing must cover both the current live system and every new delivery from our partners.

About Quality Realty (QR)

Quality Realty is an early-stage AI-native SaaS startup building the future of real estate transactions in the Netherlands. We are developing Quality Realty Marketplace (QRM) — a voice-first, multilingual platform that connects realtors, clients, and service vendors (painters, movers, stagers, energy auditors, etc.) throughout the entire home buying, selling, and rental process. At its core is the AI Native Marketplace Platform (ANMP) — a fully re-sellable, white-label, multi-tenant marketplace operating system. QR is the first vertical (Dutch real estate), designed from day one to power other local-service marketplaces worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering web (Next.js/React), mobile (Flutter iOS & Android), voice (Grok Voice Agent), multi-tenant isolation, workflows, Gatekeeper, contracts (OTD), commissions, payments (Stripe), and Excel data uploads.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, usability (especially voice-to-visual flows), integration, and basic non-functional testing.
• Build, maintain, and expand automated test suites (Playwright / Cypress for web, Flutter integration or widget tests for mobile, API tests) to protect critical paths and speed up regression.
• Validate that acceptance criteria written by the Business Analyst are fully met before any delivery is accepted.
• Log clear, reproducible defects with steps, expected vs actual results, and environment details; track them until our partners resolve them.
• Continuously improve test automation coverage for high-risk and frequently changing areas (multi-tenant flows, voice commands, payments, workflows).
• Support the Tech Lead in the formal acceptance process of all deliverables from our partners.
• Provide regular testing status, coverage, automation progress, and risk reports to the Tech Lead.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst to clarify acceptance criteria and with Ops on environment readiness.
• One of the two testers will act as senior/lead tester and own overall test strategy, automation direction, prioritization, and mentoring of the second tester.

• 2–5 years professional experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer on web and/or mobile SaaS products.
• Strong hands-on experience with manual testing of complex multi-user or multi-tenant applications.
• Practical experience writing and executing test cases from acceptance criteria / user stories.
• Solid experience with test automation (at least one of: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Flutter test framework, or equivalent).
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman or equivalent) and basic SQL for data validation.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar).
• Clear written English for bug reports, test documentation, and automation code comments.
• Ability to work independently in a small, fast-moving team and communicate risks early.
• Comfortable testing real-time / voice or conversational features (or strong willingness to learn quickly).

Nice to have

• Experience with Flutter mobile testing or React/Next.js web testing.
• Experience building or maintaining CI-integrated automated test pipelines.
• Exposure to multi-tenant SaaS, payments, or workflow-heavy products.
• Basic understanding of GDPR / privacy testing considerations.
• Experience testing AI or voice interfaces.
• Ability to read basic Dutch (UI labels, error messages).
• Familiarity with performance or security testing basics.
