Mô tả công việc

• Work on a suite of internal applications (Business Suite, Investment Suite, Leads Engagement Suite, Agent Suite) that support business operations and connect agents with clients
• Understand business and product requirements to ensure features are tested correctly
• Create and maintain test cases and test scenarios for new features and existing systems
• Perform manual testing, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing
• Identify, report, and track defects with clear steps and proper details
• Verify bug fixes to ensure issues are fully resolved before release
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist users during testing when required
• Prepare and manage test data and test environments for testing activities
• Provide testing estimates and report progress during each sprint
• Take ownership of assigned features and ensure they meet quality standards before release
• Identify potential risks, edge cases, and issues early in the development process
• Work effectively with our team at the Singapore Head Office to ensure product quality

Yêu cầu công việc

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience 
• 1–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) roles
• Experience in manual testing for web or mobile applications
• Good understanding of software testing principles and testing lifecycle
• Experience creating and maintaining test cases and test scenarios
• Familiar with bug tracking tools (e.g. Jira or similar)

Soft Skills:

• Able to communicate clearly with developers and project teams
• Detail-oriented and able to identify edge cases and potential risks
• Takes ownership of assigned tasks and follows through to completion
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have 

• Basic understanding of API testing (e.g. Postman or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environment
• Good English Communication Skills (spoken and written)
