Product Owner

We are looking for a Product Owner who will take full ownership of Utilities products (Billing mini app, Electricity, Water, Internet, CF,…) – from idea to launch and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for planning, execution, and operations across the product lifecycle, ensuring our solutions meet both customer needs and business goals.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

·       Gather and prioritize product requirements by working closely with internal teams and stakeholders.

·       Lead product discovery: analyze problems, conceptualize ideas, prototype solutions, and write clear product requirements (PRD/specs).

·       Collaborate with business, tech, and design teams to deliver high-quality features aligned with customer needs and company objectives.

·       Take ownership of feature delivery: from defining MVP, managing sprints, to verifying output and supporting UAT.

·       Analyze user data, product performance, and behavioral insights to inform decisions and optimize product features.

·       Run A/B tests and research to validate hypotheses and guide product iterations.

·       Track and monitor product KPIs post-release and suggest improvements to enhance user engagement and product value.

·       Act as the voice of the customer and maintain a user-first mindset across all product decisions.

Yêu cầu công việc

·       3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management, especially with digital/mobile products.

·       Strong business mindset - able to prioritize based on impact, manage trade-offs, and drive for results.

·       Solid analytical thinking with attention to detail and the ability to visualize different product flows and edge cases.

·       Understanding of UI/UX best practices; able to collaborate with design teams and build wireframes or prototypes.

·       Data-driven and experienced in using product metrics to drive decisions and improvements.

·       Excellent communication skills - clear, structured, and transparent across both verbal and written forms.

·       Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology and comfortable working in fast-paced development cycles.

·       Passionate about creating seamless, user-friendly entertainment experiences.
