• We are excited to introduce "Shipcheck," an innovative and data-driven logistics cost management platform designed to optimize operations and drive efficiency.
• We will start developing Shipcheck as a completely new product in the middle of the year in order to offer our customers even greater added value in analysing their structures and as a digital assistant to our comprehensive range of consulting services.
• For this highly innovative project, based on the latest technological capabilities, we are building the leading technical team in Ho Chi Minh City. 
• HDS international Group opened a location in Ho Chi Minh City at the beginning of the year. There are currently 13 employees there. We plan to have over 100 employees at the Ho Chi Minh City site by the end of 2025.

Job description:

We are seeking talented and versatile Full Stack Developers to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative software solution. This role is ideal for individuals with some professional experience in software development who are ready to take on more responsibility and grow their skills. As a Full Stack Developer, you will work on a variety of tasks, collaborating with your colleagues to deliver high-quality software. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in full-stack development and are willing to grow their expertise in at least two key area such as database modeling, cloud computing, frontend, backend, security, or AI integration.

Your tasks:

• Design and develop backend services and APIs to support frontend functionality, leveraging your experience to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with your colleagues on database design and management tasks, including schema optimization and data modeling.
• Implement frontend development using modern frameworks such as React, Angular as well as JavaScript ensuring a responsive and user-friendly experience.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services into existing systems, taking ownership of the integration process and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Drive the implementation of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, automating software delivery processes and ensuring code quality.
• Implement authentication mechanisms and apply security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure application security.
• Contribute to the integration of AI technologies into applications, applying your expertise to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain coding standards and ensure code quality.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve our technology stack and development processes

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.; 1.00 pm - 5.30 pm

Holidays:

• 14 days per year

Requirements for the position:

• Education, Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ca. 2 years of experience in full-stack software development, with proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies.
• Expertise in one or more key areas such as database modeling, cloud computing, frontend, backend, security, or AI integration.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, dtc.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational database systems and query languages.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and techniques, such as e.g. GitLab CI
• Understanding of authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, JWT) and security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent teamplayer, with a passion for continuous learning and personal development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
• Ability to identify with a product for the logistics sector

Language skills: 

• Written and spoken English
