In this role, you will:

IT Helpdesk Tasks:

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize IT support tickets to provide timely resolution to end-users.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues reported by employees and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams if necessary.
  • Maintain documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference.

Account Management:

  • Create, modify, and disable user accounts across various systems (Google Workspace, Active Directory, Slack, etc…)
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and standards during account management processes.

User Onboarding/Offboarding:

  • Perform onboarding procedures for new users, including account creation, access provisioning, and equipment setup.
  • Conduct offboarding procedures for departing users, including account deactivation and equipment retrieval.

IT Knowledge Base and Guidelines:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT knowledge base and guidelines to facilitate self-service troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Regularly update documentation to reflect changes in IT systems and processes.

Mobile Device Management (MDM):

  • Enroll devices in the Mobile Device Management system to ensure security compliance and effective device management.

IT Asset Management: 

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software.
  • Track asset lifecycles, conduct audits, and ensure proper disposal of retired assets.

IT Procurement:

  • Assist in procurement processes by identifying IT requirements, obtaining quotes, and coordinating purchases with vendors.
  • Maintain records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Door Access System Management:

  • Manage access control systems, including adding or removing users, configuring access levels, and troubleshooting access issues.

Printer Permission Management:

  • Administer printer permissions and configurations to ensure secure and efficient printing operations across the organization.

Access Cisco Switch Management:

  • Configure and manage network switches to maintain optimal network performance and security.
  • Monitor switch health, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement necessary configurations.

Yêu cầu công việc

What you will bring

  • At least 2-year experience of IT Support. 
  • Good knowledge in PC and other IT devices, including Windows OS, MacOS and Linux OS.
  • Have experience working on any Helpdesk or similar systems (ITSM)
  • Good communication in English (reading, writing, listening and speaking) and training skill.
  • Basic knowledge in networking, server, firewall, antivirus software, VPN, PowerShell. 
  • Have experience in customer service and communication skills.
  • Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Technology related technical field.
