Currently, TMT is looking for an AI Engineer - LLM to collaborate directly with the AI Team as well as TMT's product development team on upcoming software development projects.

Job Summary:
The Junior LLM Engineer is responsible for data quality operations, monitoring SOTA research, maintaining the Knowledge Store, optimizing LLM performance, and building demos/MVPs to ensure data quality, continuous technical updates, and model excellence in accordance with product requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute data cleaning, deduplication, and quality filtering within the automated data pipeline.
- Implement and maintain data quality validation rules and quality gates (Senior design, Junior implement).
- Support data annotation workflow operations (Senior owns system design).
- Track and document open-source models and the latest research papers (LLM, VLM, Multimodal LM).
- Run standard benchmark comparisons for new models (Senior defines benchmarks, Junior executes).
- Execute LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning for task agents (Senior defines strategy, Junior owns execution).
- Build training and test datasets for tasks (Senior defines requirements, Junior owns dataset creation).
- Tune and optimize model parameters and hyperparameters for optimal product performance (deployment configurations are owned by Senior).
- Build web apps/demos/MVPs to showcase LLM capabilities.
- Utilize AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, Cursor) for rapid frontend component development.
- Integrate demo applications with LLM APIs (inference endpoints, model serving).

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in an AI Engineer - LLM role.
- Solid foundation in Python programming.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts, data structures, algorithms, REST APIs, and databases (SQL/NoSQL) .
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .
2. Key Skills Required
- Interest in reading research papers and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn AI Coding Agents (Claude Code, Cursor).
- Good communication skills (Vietnamese + basic English).
3. Preferred Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of UI frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte, etc.).
- Experience with data quality tools and validation frameworks.
- Experience building web demos or MVPs (any framework).
- Understanding of the Hugging Face ecosystem (Transformers, Datasets, Evaluate).
- Experience with ML experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
