Analyze the requirements of the unit related to IT software and propose the most suitable solutions based on the unit's needs by utilizing existing features or creating new functionalities for IT applications. Provide distribution solutions and post-distribution support through the design, development, testing, and optimization of IT applications.

• Guide colleagues within and outside the unit on how to apply Agile methodology in executing tasks.
• Based on confirmed business activity requirements, prepare system requirement specification (SRS) documents, develop detailed designs, and execute IT solution development and unit testing; maintain and support IT applications after deployment.
• Guide and train team members on new technologies, introduce improvements to enhance system performance, and review source code.
• Periodically report and update the status of assigned tasks to the Application Development Specialist.
• Proactively research and evaluate new technologies. Contribute ideas and solutions not only in terms of technology but also in encouraging product innovations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field of study
• Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in a Java Engineer position.
  • Practical experience in developing applications/services using Microservice architecture/ Monolithic.
  • Knowledge of banking operations is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze and design systems, with an understanding of design patterns such as MVC, WPF, OOP, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with Java frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, etc.
  • Knowledge of database systems: Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, etc.
  • Familiarity with source code management systems: Git, Gitflow, CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of system deployment and operations is an advantage.
