IT Business Analyst

• Work with the Technical Manager to clarify requirements, and business goals and understand technical solutions. 
• Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date. 
• Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management and assist in making communication & information transparent between team members. 
• Writes the Jira tasks and works with the DEV team to come up with estimations. 
• Creates and updates product and process documentation. 
• Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features are trained and handed over to support team. 
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.  
• Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.  
• Performing requirements analysis.  
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.  
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managers.   
• Performing user acceptance testing.  
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.  
• Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Financial or a related field.  
• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 
• Good at documentation and writing skills 
• Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese. 
• Ability to work in a global team environment 
• Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma) 
• Excellent working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills 
• Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis. 
• Very detailed and strong responsibility.  
• Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese. 
• Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes. 
• Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems and implement solutions.  

Nice to have 

• Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Retailers, Manufacture, and Logistics is a plus.  
• Exceptional presentation and client relation skills. 
• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
