- Work with the Technical Manager to clarify requirements, and business goals and understand technical solutions.
- Build technical specification documents, to meet business and user requirements, and keep product and process documentation up to date.
- Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management and assist in making communication & information transparent between team members.
- Writes the Jira tasks and works with the DEV team to come up with estimations.
- Creates and updates product and process documentation.
- Carry out and monitor features from the beginning of the implementation until the features are trained and handed over to support team.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Staying up to date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managers.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Financial or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Good at documentation and writing skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Ability to work in a global team environment
- Familiar with agile software development processes and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma)
- Excellent working attitude, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Knowledge of the software development process, especially software requirement analysis.
- Very detailed and strong responsibility.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills both in English and Vietnamese.
- Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes.
- Mature judgment to identify and analyze problems and implement solutions.
Nice to have
- Experience in Supply Chain, Distribution, Retailers, Manufacture, and Logistics is a plus.
- Exceptional presentation and client relation skills.
- The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
