[Hybrid] Backend Engineer - LLM (Python/FastAPI/Django)

Focus: LLM, MCP, Conversation BI & Data Pipelines
We’re looking for a backend engineer who enjoys working with LLM applications,conversation data, and scalable processing pipelines.

What You’ll Do

• Build backend services using Django / FastAPI
• Design and optimize LLM pipelines for conversation processing
• Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integrations
• Build pipelines to transform conversation data into structured data and BI insights
• Develop async/background processing with Celery
• Optimize data processing, database queries and system performance 
• Integrate and work with LangChain or similar LLM frameworks
• Collaborate on system architecture and AI/data workflows

 Required

• 3+ years experience with Python backend
• Strong experience with Django / FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with LLM applications and LLM pipelines
• Experience with LangChain or similar frameworks
• Understanding of conversation data processing / BI
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with Celery / async processing 
• Good understanding of API design and system architecture

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with MCP
• Experience with RAG, Vector Database, Context Management, StructuredOutput
• Experience building AI agents / tool calling workflows
• Experience with ETL/ELT or data pipelines
• Experience with Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ
• Experience with ClickHouse, dbt or analytics systems
