About Cluega

Cluega is developing an AI SaaS ecosystem and an MCP Automation platform serving multi-platform advertising (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads). We are looking for Backend Engineers with systemic thinking, hands-on product development capabilities, and a readiness to work in an AI-First Development environment.

You will participate in building:

• AI SaaS Platform
• MCP Workflow Engine
• API Gateway & Automation Layer
• Ads Data Pipeline
• AI Agent Workflow
• Realtime Dashboard System
• Cross-platform Integration

Job Description

• Design, develop, and optimize the Back-end system for the AI SaaS and Automation platforms.
• Build APIs, Database Structures, Queue Systems, Cache Layers, and Service Architecture.
• Integrate and develop systems connecting with TikTok Ads API, Meta Ads API, and Google Ads API.
• Build realtime systems, dashboards, webhooks, and automation workflows.
• Coordinate with Front-end, Product, and AI Teams to deploy new features.
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
• Utilize AI Coding Tools to accelerate development speed and improve product quality.
• Participate in building an AI-Native Development Workflow for the entire product lifecycle.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Back-end and Front-end development.
• Ability to independently design and develop API and Server-side systems.
• Proficient in at least one of the following languages:
  • Node.js
  • Golang
  • Python
  • Java
• Experience working with:
  • MySQL or PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • RESTful API
  • WebSocket
  • Queue System
  • Docker
  • Linux
  • Git

AI Development Workflow

• Required: Experience using AI Coding Tools in daily work.
• Ability to apply AI into:
  • Code Generation
  • Refactoring
  • Debugging
  • Documentation
  • Rapid Prototyping

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to comprehend and work with large-scale systems.

Foreign Languages

• Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
• Capable of basic communication and work exchanges in English.

Priority will be given to candidates who have worked with:

• Marketing Technology (MarTech)
• Data Pipelines

• MCP or Workflow Automation
• Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
