Mô tả công việc

• Design and develop high-performance, user-friendly interfaces for ERP systems — including Accounting, Inventory, Manufacturing, HRM, and SCM modules.
• Implement UI/UX designs (Figma/Sketch) ensuring consistency, smooth user experience, and alignment with complex ERP workflows.
• Build data-heavy ERP screens: multi-step forms, approval flows, financial dashboards, real-time reporting tables.
• Integrate APIs (RESTful/gRPC, GraphQL) with ERP backend systems.
• Build reusable components and optimize frontend architecture (ReactJS or Vue.js).
• Optimize frontend performance, handle real-time data, and ensure responsive design across devices.
• Apply best practices in frontend security and performance.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, BA/consultants, and QA to deliver high-quality ERP products.
• Research and adopt new frontend technologies, contributing to continuous improvements.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• 3.5+ years of experience in frontend development (Senior level preferred: 5+ years).
• Experience building or customizing ERP frontend modules is required — Odoo Web Client, ERPNext/Frappe UI, SAP Fiori, or custom ERP is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with ERP domain and workflows: GL/AR/AP, purchase-to-pay (P2P), order-to-cash (O2C), inventory management, approval flows.
• Proficient in ReactJS or Vue.js (TypeScript preferred).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Styled Components, TailwindCSS.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSocket.
• Hands-on experience in frontend performance optimization and SEO.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD; Docker is a plus.

Nice to have: 

• SSR/SSG (Next.js / Nuxt.js), micro frontend, unit testing (Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library / Vue Test Utils), mentoring experience, Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS) localization.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactive communication, passion for UI/UX and clean code.
