As we grow, marketing plays an important role in helping restaurants understand our value, supporting our sales and account teams, and bringing Anh Béo’s personality to life across digital, offline, and customer-facing channels.

Anh Béo is looking for people who are proactive, creative, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where ideas become real campaigns, materials, content, and results.

Role Overview

Anh Béo is looking for a Creative Design Intern to help create real campaign, social media, print, and digital design work for a growing food delivery brand.

This is a hands-on paid internship where your work will be used across social media, ads, flyers, standees, posters, emails, landing pages, app visuals, restaurant promotions, event materials, and partner campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Manager and design team to bring Anh Béo’s brand to life across digital and offline channels.

This role is ideal for a design student, recent graduate, junior creative, or self-taught designer who wants to build a stronger portfolio with real-world work. You do not need years of experience or a formal design degree, but you should have good artistic sense, be comfortable using design software, and be excited to learn quickly.

For the right person, this internship may grow into a full-time position.

Job Functions

• Create social media posts, ads, flyers, posters, standees, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Create simple graphics, illustrations, icons, and supporting visuals for Anh Béo’s website, emails, landing pages, and apps.
• Use design tools and AI image generation tools to support ideas, mockups, campaign visuals, and creative production.
• Help prepare final artwork for digital publishing, printing, events, and supplier use.

Required:

• University degree in process, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar professional design tools.
• Experience using AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana, or similar tools for creative ideation and production support.
• Good sense of layout, typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to create designs for both digital and print formats.
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines and adapting designs across different formats and channels.
• Strong fit with our company values and working culture.

Preferred:

• Figma skills are a strong plus.
• UI/UX design skills or experience designing for websites, landing pages, apps, or digital products are a strong plus.
• Writing skills, especially for social media captions, short headlines, ad copy, or campaign messaging.
• Basic motion graphics, video editing, or short-form content creation skills.
• Experience creating social media content, digital ads, posters, flyers, or marketing materials.
• Basic understanding of print production and preparing files for vendors.
• Illustration skills or experience creating custom visual assets.
• Interest in food, restaurants, digital marketing, branding, and app-based products.
• Portfolio or sample work showing design ability, creativity, and attention to detail.
