About us: KIS Vietnam Securities Corporation (KIS Vietnam) was established in December 2010 by Korea Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. (KIS), Vietnam National Textile and Garment Group and other shareholders. KIS Korea contributed 48.8% of the capital in KIS Vietnam in November 2010 and officially raised its ownership to 92.3% in January 2014. As of June 2021, KIS Vietnam increased its charter capital to VND 4,550 billion.

KIS Vietnam is the local securities arm of KIS, the largest securities company in Korea by equity. KIS Vietnam provides comprehensive range of financial services including securities brokerage, margin lending, institutional services, derivatives and investment banking.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and check the daily operational status of the TTL Core system.
• Perform system checks before market opening, during trading sessions, after trading sessions, and at end of day.
• Check the status of key system components, including FO, BO, DBSync, HOSE/HNX Gateway, MDS, API Server, VSD Gateway, Bank Gateway, Report Engine, and other related services.
• Check processes, services, listening ports, application connectivity, database connectivity, connectivity to Stock Exchanges, VSDC, banks, and internal systems.
• Monitor system logs, ERROR logs, EXCEPTION logs, and alerts to detect abnormalities at an early stage.
• Perform or verify key operation steps such as Day Start, Day End, Advance System Date, Order Expiration, Trade Export, Interface Import, Contract Generation, Contract Matching, pending transaction checking, and related batch jobs.
• Receive, analyze, and handle requests, errors, or incidents related to the Core system from users and business departments.
• Coordinate with TTL, DBA, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Online Trading, and related business units to resolve incidents, verify data, deploy patches, or implement system changes.
• Support users in using the Core system, checking business errors, verifying data, and coordinating the handling of arising requests.
• Participate in UAT, Production deployment, post-deployment checking, checklist preparation, and rollback support when required.
• Update new requirements and regulations from SSC, HOSE, HNX, and VSDC, and coordinate with relevant parties to assess their impact on the Core system.
• Record operation logs, prepare incident reports, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in application operation, system operation, or support for financial business systems.
• Candidates with experience working in securities companies, banks, or financial institutions are preferred.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience operating securities Core systems in Vietnam; experience with TTL Core / WinVest / InvestNet is a significant advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/AIX, Windows Server, database, and SQL.
• Able to check processes, ports, services, system connectivity, application logs, and business-related errors.
• Basic understanding of securities trading, orders, order matching, settlement, depository operations, market data, end-of-day batch jobs, and data reconciliation.
• Able to work with checklists, follow procedures, prepare clear reports, and analyze issues logically.
• Careful, able to work under pressure during trading hours, and willing to provide support outside office hours when incidents or system deployments occur.

Working time and location:

• Time: Mon to Fri, 8AM-5PM

• Location: Level 3, TNR building, 180-192 Nguyen Cong Tru, Ben Thanh Ward, HCMC
