Mô tả công việc

• Work with internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and desired solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, BA, Testers, and business users to ensure requirements are met.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training for end-users.
• Act as a key point of contact between stakeholders and technical teams.
• Prepare project/ product reports, status updates, and presentations for management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, IT governance, and security policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information System or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Solid understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Strong documentation and presentation skills (BRD, FRD, workflow diagrams, wireframes).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana, etc.).
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, CSM) are an advantage.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Alternate Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
