Mô tả công việc

About the Role We are seeking a professional who combines a product-minded business analysis approach with the release cadence management of a Scrum Master—leveraging AI tooling for both roles. You will craft precise prompts/problem statements for AI, validate its outputs, and take full ownership of every line of specification delivered to the development team. This is not a requirement-taking role; this position defines what the product should look like and ensures it is delivered on schedule. How We Work — AI-First, AI-Driven

  • The entire pipeline—from requirements analysis, spec writing, and design mocking to handing off to AI coding agents for execution—runs on AI tooling; human judgment and decision-making remain paramount. A BA in this model generates output equivalent to a small traditional team and is evaluated against that benchmark.
  • Specs, documentation, and designs pass through AI during the drafting phase; human value lies in prompting correctly, business validation, and final sign-off. Judgment quality is measured, not typing hours.
  • The product operates in a highly regulated domain; our core principle is immutable: AI proposes, human decides. As a BA, you are the guardian of this principle across every line of spec.

Key Responsibilities Business Analysis with a Product Mindset (Core Focus)

  • Author PRDs and Acceptance Criteria detailed enough for immediate execution by developers and AI coding agents: business flows, data flows, edge cases, error states—using AI to generate drafts, then personally validating and owning every single line.
  • Approach requirements with a product mindset rather than taking notes: identify the real underlying problem behind every request, distinguish genuine user needs from habitual stakeholder requests, and confidently advise against low-value features.
  • Propose the scope for each release along with trade-off matrices tied to user outcomes and business goals—while final approval rests with the Project Lead, your proposals must be backed by solid rationale.
  • Design operational workflows involving human control points for processes that cannot yet be automated: defining roles, data pathways, and exception handling protocols.
  • Coordinate UAT with business users; track product performance post-launch—observing real-world usage and translating feedback into controlled spec changes.

Design within Existing Systems

  • Build user flows, wireframes, and UI screens for AI coding agents within the project’s locked design system using AI design tools. A formal design background is not required, but UI designs must strictly comply with design tokens and fit user context.
  • Conduct Design QA on builds: cross-check implementations against designs, including empty/error states and Vietnamese UI copy.

Scrum Master & Release Management

  • Establish and maintain release plans according to milestones: sprint planning, dependency management, ensuring every sprint delivers visible value—backlogs are decomposed using AI, while estimation and balancing are human-driven.
  • Unblock developers and AI coding agents—especially roadblocks requiring business decisions from the client; keep Scrum ceremonies lean and practical without over-bureaucratizing the process.
  • Proactively act as the primary point of contact for clients within project scope: handle business discussions, deliver regular progress reports, provide early risk warnings, and offer proactive solutions with clear recommendations. Independently manage client channels within your authority, escalating to the Project Development Director only for out-of-scope decisions—taking action without waiting for instructions.

Yêu cầu công việc

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product/Software BA; proven track record of successful go-live products with specs authored by yourself—supported by a portfolio or anonymized documentation samples.
  • Product Mindset: Able to share at least one concrete example of declining or reshaping a stakeholder request because it did not serve the end-user, and one spec decision based on real usage observations rather than internal opinions.
  • AI-Native in Daily Work: Proficient in using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) for analysis, spec writing, and research; able to use AI design tools. This is an operational requirement, not a bonus—traditional workflows will not keep up with the team's pace.
  • AI Output Verification Mindset: Able to distinguish between a correct AI draft and a smooth-sounding draft that contains business logic errors; can provide a real-world example of rejecting or correcting AI output and the underlying reasoning. (The assessment test includes a specific evaluation for this capability).
  • Agile Leadership: Direct experience driving sprints/releases for engineering teams of 5–10 members as a Scrum Master or equivalent; ready to apply the same discipline to a hybrid team of human developers and AI coding agents.
  • Technical Background: Sufficient technical depth to collaborate directly with developers and AI coding agents: capable of reading API docs, understanding client-server architecture and system integration concepts.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong skills working with non-technical stakeholders: asking the right questions, honest feedback capture, and the confidence to push back on non-viable requests.
  • Proactive Client Communication: Able to describe how you independently managed client communication channels in your recent project—reporting cadences, early bad-news escalation, and proactive suggestions made before being asked.
  • Language: Good technical English reading comprehension.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare/hospital projects in Vietnam; hands-on experience with local HIS (HSoft, FPT.eHospital, VNPT HIS, Viettel HIS, or equivalent)—the highest priority advantage during resume screening.
  • Prior experience working with AI coding agents (Claude Code or equivalent) as a spec/prompt author; or experience building prompt pipelines, custom skills, or AI workflows for BA tasks.
  • Understanding of outpatient care workflows, Vietnamese Health Insurance (BHYT) billing; familiarity with HL7/FHIR and ICD-10 standards.
  • Experience participating in system go-lives within 24/7 operating environments.
  • Familiarity with Figma or design-to-code tools; understanding of design tokens and component systems.
  • Scrum Certification (PSM/CSM)—a minor plus, as practical experience is prioritized.
