• Define stakeholder needs and Analyze operation process to provide solutions/strategies.
• Build product roadmap
• Set up plan for feature development.
• Managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Translating product managers’ strategies to tasks for development
• Write specifications to help developers implement the product.
• Give opinions to improve UI/UX.
• Set up UAT in testing, verifying bugs/issues.
• Monitoring products & tracking new features, analyzing what feature need to be improved.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience designing and developing large-scale products.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in leadership role including designing end-to-end products.
• Experience with E2EE Messaging or Live VPN is a big plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Able to use mockup software to design UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows.
• Communicate with impact: able to explain complex problems in one or two sentences.
• Attention to detail and a never-satisfying attitude: able to pick out small discrepancies in layout design and propose solutions.
• Simple approach: always find the simplest solutions
• Good English both verbal and written
